iPHone 3G... Right Decision?

It started from last week that I've firmly decided to get an iPhone 3G...but then there's no stock anywhere in Edinburgh...

at 1 moment, there is stock in Livingston, but the next day, that I planned to go, it was sold out...

Argh, as days pass, i became more n more impatient...

On wednesday, Carphonewarehouse began to take orders online, promising to despatch it on friday, so I Tangan gatally go buy online ..scared later sold out again..

But.. thats the thing with parcels, u'll have to be home 2 collect it.. Had a class from 9 - 9.40 on friday, should be able to rush home 2 collect it..din want to bother my friend to come over to wait for the parcel...(biggest mistakeee!!!)

When I got home..

HUHUHUHUHU....
the 'you were out card' was on the floor...argh... time: 9.45am

Arghh...they dont deliver on saturday, next week i wont be home 2 collect it as well..plus cant reeli estimate what time it'll arrive...nooo..it'll be sent back 2 sender... how the working ppl receive parcel 1??

Option 1: Ignore the parcel, let it send back to sender, and then...arr, I dont know..
Option 2: go collect it lo... (easy 2 say)

I checked online, the City Link depot is in Livingston!! not in the city centre sumore, in the Industrial Estates11..How to Get There???

If you miss a parcel by Royal Mail, the depot is 40 minutes walk, and 20 minutes by bicycle..
If you miss a parcel by Parcel Force, the depot is 45 minutes by bus, or 2 train stations away..
If you miss a parcel bby City Link, deep shit..
If you miss a parcel by DPD, ur're in deeper shit... (our router was sent on DPD, missed that also)

Mine was at least 3rd stage...

Alright, livingston it is then...I went there on the same day itself, taking a train 30 minutes...

Hm..When i reach, whoa...the train station is not actually a train station..Its just a rail track with a small booth, like a bus stop beside it...


I was expecting obvious bus stop outside the train station..but noooo... had to walk in search of a bus stop..supposed 2 take bus no 16...

A bus came, but the number blur blur 1...Mummy teach me alwiz ask if you dont know the way..therefore i ask the bus driver if it gets to the City Link depot...

Old Man: Well, yes...do you want to go to the depot itself?"

Yes of course...

Argh..cut short..babi punya driver, send me to wrong place...to the First Edinburgh Depot.. after realising his mistake, he just stop me at some junction:

"Owh, City Link Depot...now, where is that?? Let me think..Should be there"

pointing northeast...on a road like this...kedai runcit also dont have lei... I can already feel the impending doom when I get down...


So smart of me not to bring a map, i tot it would be straight forward..argh..where is thiss???

I wont say i am good with maps, but i remember the place is near a royston road...hmm...got deans road also..n nairns road..if see any of this, happy liao...

That is when i see "The Royston Roundabout".. yeah..at least got some sign..

The place is damn ulu...can see its industrial site...din see any1 around also..argh..scaryy...

Just keep walking, then another van came out..hehe...Its like Hansel picking up pebbles that Gretel left behind...

First human that I saw....a guy walking out with a parcel..YEAH!!! I'm at the right area!!

Yellow n green van...I guess that is the importance of colour code..so that ppl can recognise it..

Hmm.... I know this is abit lame n old.. but then, since I am on a 9 - 5 routine, ntg much 2 blog about also... dont wana mengebosankan u all with the 'interesting' thing that I did in the wards.. Haih..talking about wards, i feel like commenting abit..

Y i can never be as keen as others 1... I tak cukup passion ka?? not enough knowledge? or my group too super oredi... whoa..i tried so hard to be keen already...since i have this sleeping disorder, i automatically wake up at 7am everyday 1..so no prob for me to go in at 9am.. that makes me wonder, at the end of the day did i get to see much in the wards, or am I better off studying at home?

Yeai...I felt my first kidney today... my first spleen last week... haih, never know could reeli feel this things.. when they thought us how to ballot the kidney n palpate up for the spleen n all those, I alwiz just do for the sake of doing, cos u know u wont find any..

You know how someties you are just blinded by some small factors... jus like when you are comparing 2 things, the moment you look at it side by side, its already in your mind which 1 you like..so no point comparing actually...

There could be a thousand bad points in one, but as long as you see one good point that you like, doenst matter how much good point the other 1 has, u'll still like dis 1.. same the other way round.. if u manage to spot 1 tiny bad point and it annoys you, which is 'the slow issue' in this case, sorry oredi... cant help.. the "slow" "slow" keep coming in..hehe..

long day again

Haih...woke up at 5am today... either due to my sleeping problem which I failed to blog about the last time... or cos I slept at 8pm yesterday... or cos I HAVE to wake up early today..

Haih..had to leave at 7am 2day n travel to livingston for clinics... Luckily I allocated more time for stupid mistakes like:

" Getting on the bus without even a cent in my wallet"

I even wonder if they accept credit cards...I bought a day ticket to get me to the bus stop... but forget that I need to pay for the bus to livingston itself!!!...

Not to say I dont have change..I dont even have MONEY>>>>>>>

Then had to rush back by 12 for a teaching at 2pm in edinburgh..haih...so tiringgg....
Y must put so little time in between?? Supposed 2 finish at 1 in livingston 1..but had to leave early..

Arr..but dono if I've suddenly turn into a nerd or wad, but I enjoy all the sessions lo so far... Tired is tired la..dats y slept at 8pm yesterday... but still nice..hehe...

or mayb cos i moved in with Jenn, so influenced abit... all the study aura..

Risk Evaluation

To save 10p, I decided to go to the library to return a book that is due today...

To save 1.10 pds, I decided to catch the 1.20 shuttle bus to class...

By making the first decision, I risk missing the shuttle. To make sure that I did not miss the shuttle, I deciced to cycle to the library, and then to the bus stop...and I decided to rush...

which is a bad decision...

Cos I risk losing my lock on the way which cost 10.10 pds...hm..which I did...

I parked the bike outside the library for 10 seconds to return the book which carries a risk of losing the 80.10 bike...(could have been a bad decision if i lose my bike)

If I continue to persue my 2nd decision to catch the bus, I could end up losing my bike too...

N by searching for the lock, I risk being late for class... n wasting my time, which is PRICELESSSS...

Moral of the story: Make the right decision at the right time...

N dont be kiam siap...10p oni..return tomoro la..

Bad decision made: all of above
Good decision made: bring the bike home 2 park... (yeai)

Haih..for that 10p that I tried 2 save, end up losing 10.10 pds... had to cycle back home 2 park the bike indoor and walk all the way back to take a 1.10 pds bus...

After all the hassle, the only thing I manage to accomplish is returning the bloody travel guide WHICH I DID NOT USE!!!

Sleeping Disorder?

Haiz... (hmm..how many times have I begin a blog post with this word? Is my life really that meng-haiz-kan?)... But I guess its not just me. When I read tru other's blog, the theme is either 'sien' or 'sienzz' or 'sian' or 'emo'... Is this the age that we're supposed 2 be sien (boring)?

Those studying feel bored n tired with studies..those working feel tired being in routine, n want to go back to studies... those in relationship have relationship problems, those single have problem finding the right one...

If there's any1 out there that feels that they r doing great in life, or living some super meaningful life, or the famous 'live life to the fullest' thingy, kindly give some inspiration and suggestion here... I think i need it, and any other ppl that is boring enuff to read my blog might need it as well..hehe..( no..no..dont stop reading my blog cos u dont wana b classified as boring!!! )

Now that I started writing this blog, I'm forced to think " what have I been doing lately?". I din't go for any holidays this holiday...due to unforseen reason...n class started without me knowing it...(1 month holiday..too short!!) I obviously haven't been saving the world, argh..isit too late to ask

Ever since Mr J bought 2 big packs of it b4 the holidays (which i finished in 2 days), I started to crave for it..It was one of the childhood favourites back in Malaysia...Not exactly the same taste, but 70% similar...


Still remember buying from those kedai runcit nearby when I was young...

The apek will alwiz give a frown cos for the 50g that I buy, he'll have to climb to take the container, weigh 50g and then pack it...jus to earn my few cents...Even the plactic also not cost effective already...



Had to cherish the little 50g back then....only eat 1 every hour or stg... so yummyyy...


Ahh...jus bot a big pack of 6 mini packs yesterday...n jus a minute ago i finished the last pack... haizz..dats y have to blog 2 get rid of the craving...argh...I WANT MOREEE!!!
